Postage
and packing
The photographs
come either in cardboard mounts wrapped in a celophane sleeve, or in a tube
for larger sizes.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 14 working days of clearance of funds.
If for any reason there is a delay, we will inform you about it and, with
your agreement, arrange another time for delivery.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the pictures you've bought from us, you may
return them in the condition received in the original packaging within 7
days of your receipt and obtain a full refund from us, or arrange a replacement
as agreed. You are responsible for postage charges for returning the pictures
to us.
We are not
responsible for pictures lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage is
a sufficient proof of receipt.
This guarantee does not affect the buyers' statutory rights.

from Which? Legal Service, we promise to cooperate with Which? Legal Service
to solve the problem.
